Richard’s Waffles with Homemade Blueberry Sauce
Who doesn’t love a delicious, homemade waffle? Pair with my delicious blueberry sauce and you have yourself a breakfast to remember. I recently visited a you-pick-it farm and harvested my own blueberries for this recipe. I had so much fun and can’t wait to tell you all about it!
Buttery Fire Crackers
A Ritz Cracker by itself is pretty tasty, but if you want to make it extraordinary, try this recipe. These buttery and spicy crackers are seemingly addictive! Serve with a dip or on a cheese and crudités tray. Magnifique!
Cinnamon Raisin Scones with Walnuts
My love of scones started a few years ago after attending Afternoon Tea at the Drake Hotel in Chicago with a lifelong friend. It’s a memory I’ll always treasure and nothing takes me back there like the smell of a warm scone. Delight yourself and your friends with some delicious scones and create your own Afternoon Tea!
Easy-Peasy Peanut Brittle
This is my hands down favorite recipe for peanut brittle. I absolutely recommend this recipe if you are looking for something really easy to make for friends and family. Substitute with your favorite nut to be even more creative and make this recipe your own. Happy Holidays to you and yours!
Crock Pot Turkey Breast
Thanksgiving is just about here and if you’re like me, you’re already planning what special meal you will be preparing. This year (for me and my husband), I will be making my delicious turkey breast in the crock pot with gravy! As you know, sometimes the white meat of the turkey can turn out dry, and who wants to take a chance when serving this special meal to your family and guests? Cooking it in the crock pot is easy and the meat is predictably juicy. Another plus in using the crock pot is that it will free up the oven and stove top space to make your other favorite Thanksgiving dishes such as stuffing, sweet potatoes, and of course, green bean casserole! It’s so perfect that I may never cook a turkey breast any other way. Enjoy and have a happy Thanksgiving!
