Who doesn’t love a delicious, homemade waffle? Pair with my delicious blueberry sauce and you have yourself a breakfast to remember. I recently visited a you-pick-it farm and harvested my own blueberries for this recipe. I had so much fun and can’t wait to tell you all about it!

The Hot Brown sandwich was created by Chef Fred Schmidt at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky in 1926. It’s a wonderful open-faced turkey sandwich served hot with tomatoes, Mornay sauce and bacon. It’s a delicious treat and I hope you’ll enjoy it!
