Mexican Cheese Torte
Cinco de Mayo is just days away and how better to celebrate than with a yummy Mexican style cheese torte! During my catering years, I developed this recipe to serve as an Hors D’oeuvre and it looks and tastes fantastic when served with assorted crackers. The base is cream cheese, and with a few easy additions and toppings, it becomes a flavorful, colorful cheese spread. This dish quickly became a client favorite and was requested time and again.
Buttery Fire Crackers
A Ritz Cracker by itself is pretty tasty, but if you want to make it extraordinary, try this recipe. These buttery and spicy crackers are seemingly addictive! Serve with a dip or on a cheese and crudités tray. Magnifique!
